The Cocoa Stations

The seed gardens will continue to perform their function of producing hybrid seed pods for rehabilitation, replanting and the establishment of new farms. The use of farmers’ hostels at cocoa stations for farmers’ training/education is still valid and essential. As such, they will be maintained for this and other purposes. The propagation of coffee planting material will also continue at the propagation centres. Plans are being drawn up for the commercialization of the other coffee and cocoa plots at the cocoa stations.
