TENDER FOR THE SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF X-RAY MACHINES
1. The Ghana Cocoa Board intends to apply part of its budgetary allocation to fund eligible payments under the contract for the supply and installation of X-Ray Machines for its operations.

2. Tenderers must quote for all quantities in the Lot. Tenders not offering all the
quantities in the Lot will be declared non-responsive.
3. The Ghana Cocoa Board invites sealed Tenders from eligible suppliers for the Supply and installation of X-Ray Machines. Tendering will be conducted through the International Competitive Tendering (ICT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act 2003 and the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
4. Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from the Procurement Manager, Ghana Cocoa Board, Room 502 Fifth Floor and inspect the Tender Documents at the address given below from 8.30 am to 4.30 pm local time from 2nd February 2010 onwards till the close of the tender.
5. A complete set of Tender document in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of One Hundred and Fifty United States Dollars (US$150.00) or Two Hundred United States Dollars (US$ 200.00) including courier services.
6. The method of payment will be by Bank Draft payable to the Ghana Cocoa Board. The document will be obtained personally or sent by courier services.
7. Tenders shall be delivered to the address below on or before 10.30 am. 16th March 2010. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the deadline of Tender submission. All Tenders must be accompanied by an Original Tender Security of Two percent (2%) of the Total Tender Price from a Reputable Bank.
Late Tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers or Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend at the Board Room, Room 407, 4th Floor, Ghana Cocoa Board, Cocoa House at 11.00 am on Tuesday 16th March 2010.
